Adam Lambert Wraps Up

Here’s a picture of Adam Lambert taken last January while he was in Toronto.

The American Idol runner-up kept himself warm with a wool wrap as he exited the venue where he promoted his album. Now tell me, how often do you see a guy wear a wrap while walking on the street?

But then again, that’s Adam Lambert, a guy who wears eyeliners.

Now sexual orientation aside, I do think a guy should be allowed to cover himself with a wrap if he wants to. I mean there’s no point in worrying whether it looks silly or not if you’re already freezing, right?

Wool made wraps and scarves are great for keeping warm when the weather is extra cold, especially during winter. You can wrap it around you like the way Adam did, or wrap it around your neck like a scarf.

Now although it is spring, you can actually still wear wool wraps or scarves but choose the thinner and lighter ones such as the items I’ve posted below.

American Retro Van Scarf, US$105 (100% wool)

2 ft x 6 ft

Juicy Couture Buffalo Check Wrap with Fringe, US$175

2.5 ft x 6.75 ft

Tilo Ombre Scarf, US$85 (100% wool)

1.5 ft x 6 ft

So how much does Jessica Alba love wearing the scarf? How about if I just let the photos below tell you?

Get the picture? Actually there’s more, but then it would be too much to post all of them.

Jessica simply loves wearing the scarf, whether its winter or spring. And she sure knows what type of scarf to use to keep herself fashionable.

The last one is the latest photo taken of her. It was captured this month, while she and Honor were lunching together.

As you can see, Jessica wore a thin and light scarf  that was very appropriate for the spring weather.

Let’s learn from Jessica, shall we? A scarf is not just an accessory used for keeping warm. It is an accessory that can be used to complete an outfit or achieve a certain look. Besides, wearing a scarf will always make you look elegant.

However, it is important to make sure you wear the right scarf for the right weather and occasion.

Here are some cool and lightweight scarves that would be most appropriate for spring:

Element Josie Scarf, US$28 (100% Cotton)

Madewell Spiderweb Asymmetrical Scarf, US$38 (100% cotton)

American Retro Snake Scarf, US$58 (100% Modal)

Jessica Simpson Tropical Palm Print, US$44 (100% Viscose)
