How about we play a little game today? Well, more like a showdown.

Ashley Tisdale was spotted out and about early last week. The former Disney darling was decked in “IT” pieces as she stepped off her vehicle for a shopping session in Hollywood. By “IT” I mean the covetable two tone Celine Boston Luggage Bag, snakeskin Louboutin flats, and of course, the most iconic of all neck pieces, a skull printed Alexander McQueen Scarf!

Actually, it’s nothing special BUT, those accessories did make her quite the standout. I envy her personally. For one, I wish I could afford a Celine bag like that. And for another, I so wish I wouldn’t feel guilty shelling out USD400 for a McQueen scarf. Unfortunately, spending that much would haunt me to my sleep, so it’s a no go. Olivia Munn was spotted at LAX last week. The brunette beauty, who will appear in the movie I Don’t Know How She Does It with Sarah Jessica Parker, had on an oversized striped scarf that was seriously hard to miss. It was also quite easy to tell where she got the piece – Carolina Herrera. We can’t say much about the outfit she wore for the plane ride but the accessory around her neck was enough to create a statement:

LeAnn Rimes: Jet Setting in Style

I like it when people dress up for a plane ride. Most often than not, in an effort to stay comfy, people go for the usual loose t-shirt and sweatpants. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mean every Tanya, Tina, and Tasha should be in a tube dress and stilettos while flying, I just think one should at least make an effort to look good (or at least look presentable), whether it’s for a long or a short flight.

Take for instance, LeAnn Rimes. The newly engaged singer was spotted making her way through LAX last week in a casual but really well put together outfit capped off by a beautiful muted pink scarf around her neck. And get this, she even wore high heels! Not exactly easy to do if you have to lug around a suitcase but since she had someone else do that for her, those stilettos became fairly manageable (more about LeAnn’s sandals from this post).

And that’s not all. The woman is also fairly consistent when it comes to traveling fashionably. When she arrived at LAX a few days after, she looked just as gorgeous in a beige blazer, heeled boots, and an uber chic tie dyed scarf:

Gossip Girl hottie Blake Lively was spotted at the Blue Valentine premiere held in New York the other day. The blond beauty was looking dapper in shades of gray, with her metallic grey coat and two-tone black and plaid scarf commanding most of the attention. Take a look:

What do you think of Blake’s outfit?

Quite fashionable, yah? Well, I guess if you’re wearing head to toe designer, you should be. Allow me to enumerate WHO are on her: quilted bag – Chanel, tweed boots – Chanel, tunic – Isabel Marant, metallic coat – Burberry, and guess what? I found out (after doing my research) that Blake is not just wearing one piece of scarf but two – a black Burberry Cashmere and a plaid Burberry scarf. Wow, not bad.

How about we take a cue from Blake here? If ever you get bored with your scarves, pile them together. It’s one way to give you and your scarves a whole new look. We highly recommend it.
