The title speaks for itself, what do Hilary Duff and Nicole Richie have in common aside from being celebrities, married, and blond? Here’s our answer to that – both ladies workout with their scarves. Well, to be more specific, they like wearing it either before or after a workout session. Allow us to answer our own question. Simply because wearing a scarf IS the easiest way to look fashionable even while you’re in your workout wardrobe. The scarf offers both form and function.
