Claudia Schiffer Archives

If you were to ask me to pinpoint one celebrity who rarely goes out without a scarf (aside from Sarah Jessica Parker, of course), then I would say Claudia Schiffer. Unlike SJP, who goes for solid colors and soft wools and linens, Claudia loves printed silk scarves. You will rarely see her without one. Take a look at her most recent pictures:

Well clearly, when this suprmodel likes something, she really likes it. Case in point, Starbucks coffee, AND, silk scarves. Can’t blame her for loving both, of course. Now between the three looks, I actually like the second one best. It looks  very retro preppy. I love how she layered a shirt over her polka dot blouse and finally topping it with a dash of silk around her neck.

Claudia Schiffer’s Odd Sense of Style

Check out these pictures of Claudia Schiffer. Note that these were taken on two different dates – July 1st and July 7th.

Now let’s play a game of  Spot the Difference. Well, can you? Obviously you can because it is quite obvious, only the skirts are different. Now what do you think of her two looks?

It seems to me that this ex-supermodel is lately having an odd sense of style, don’t you agree? And she has a favorite top and scarf too, that which you’ve already seen. Did I mention that both pictures were taken while she was spotted taking her son to school? So this is like her school run style, if you think about it.

I don’t know what to say. Pictures of her from March through May were actually good, just like what you’d expect from a retired supermodel – stylish. But these last two pictures really make me wonder if the lady’s fashion sense is on a downward spiral.

On the other hand, I do commend her taste in scarves. That colorful and patterned piece around her neck is actually quite versatile. It can brighten up a plain outfit  in a snap; it even spruced up her granny look!

If you like it, try getting the same effect with these pieces…But please, don’t pair it with granny skirts.
