1) Print with a Pop of Color
Jenny Ong (neonblush.com) styles her striped Forever21 scarf with a bright top. Try the look with Madewell Striped Circle Scarf, $48
An unpredictable way of making that scarf stand out is with an eye-catching, solid colored top. And the beauty of that is, you can pick any color you’d like and it’s no faux pas. Jenny Ong wore her striped Forever21 scarf with a bright yellow shirt and kept the rest of her outfit neutral. You can try this style out with Madewell’s circle scarf striped in sorbet colors.
2) Print with Neutrals
Lena Antonacci (qualityrivets.blogspot.com) is classy in neutrals and a zebra print scarf. Try the look with Tory Burch Printed Reva Scarf, $165
Going for a slightly more professional look? Grey, white, and black are great colors to match with a bold, printed scarf. Lena Antonacci wore her White Zebra Print Ardene Scarf with a grey blazer, white top, and black skinny jeans. It’s a classy, and streamlined look. Give it a swing with Tory Burch’s Printed Reva Scarf.
3) Print on Print
Annebeth Bels (stylingdutchman.blogspot.com) accents a print dress with her print scarf. Achieve the look with Theodora & Callum Chichen Itza Scarf, $175
Print on print is not new but a lot find it intimidating since it does have the tendency to look too busy. Annebeth Bels did it well by choosing a purple and white printed scarf to match her blue and white dress– it was meant to be! Think color blocking– but with print. Be brave and give print on print a go with Theodora & Callum’s Chichen Itza Scarf.
