Spotted: Rooney Mara in the Circle Scarf

I have to admit, it’s only now that I’m beginning to notice Ronney Mara. With her new movie out and her being nominated for a Golden Globe award, she is pretty much everywhere. She was recently spotted out and about in New York last week and I must say, the actress looked better without any make up on. She looked younger, fresher, and more innocent – definitely not like the gothic looking girl we see on the red carpet. I also could not help but notice her outfit – pretty simple except that her jacket was interestingly sexy and she had on a matching eternity scarf around her neck to go with:

Rooney Mara out and about in NYC, December 15

What do you think of Rooney’s well coordinated style?

The shoes I’m not so crazy about, but I do like the top half (jacket + scarf). I’m not really someone who makes it a point to go matchy matchy, but I can appreciate the way her jacket and scarf partner up. From afar it looks as if she’s wearing one piece of garment. I also like how the scarf has the perfect consistency – not too bulky yet still looks warm, cozy and soft.

I have no information on Rooney’s scarf yet, but if you like how it looks, try grabbing this scarf from Amazon instead:
