Demi Moore: Sao Paulo Pretty

Demi Moore was spotted making her way through LAX the other day. The seasoned actress was actually on her way to Brazil for the Sao Paolo Fashion Week. Judging by how stylish this lady dresses when she travels, I’m sure she will be making a splash on the red carpet over there.

Doesn’t she look so fabulous?  I love the plaid and lavender combination, it’s so chic. The pop of color is immensely appealing. And she even matched it with a purse! How nice! How about we grab Demi’s look for today?

To make it your own, you can change the colorway and opt for something more classic but still just as powerful. For instance, you can grab this red plaid coat from LOVE Moschino, top it with a printed scarf from Diane Von Furstenberg, and complete the look with a light colored top, dark wash denims, and dark brown booties. Put those essentials on, grab your sunnies, and voila! You’re as chic as Demi Moore in this picture.

Jessica Alba Piles ‘Em High

Check out this picture I found of Jessica Alba. The actress was spotted leaving a restaurant with her husband last week in this outfit. She must have been feeling really cold that day because she surely piled on those scarves all the way up to her chin.

But you know what? Maybe she wasn’t just feeling cold that day, maybe she likes piling those scarves too because she did another round of piling last Tuesday (January 25). Take a look:

What do you think of Jessica Alba’s scarf style? It does look a tad overwhelming, don’t you think? Her face is a little too small for all those scarves. But then again, who cares, she always looks fabulous in whatever she wears.

If you do want to try out such a style, you can either go for a really long soft scarf and pile it around several times (you can use an infinity/circle scarf if you wish), OR pile several scarves together like the way Blake Lively did.

My personal recommendation, in case you decide to layer two or more, would be these Fluxus Nomad Scarves. They’re made of soft cotton material so wearing a pile won’t be too uncomfortable.

You can also go for an infinity scarf to achieve Jessica’s look. Just grab any of these Paula Bianco pieces and wrap it around your neck until it reaches your chin. Enjoy!
